PROTECT YOUR
ROOF, PROTECT
YOUR HOME
In Bermuda, your roof doesn't just define your home's appearance — it's your primary defence against tropical downpours, hurricane-season weather, and relentless UV radiation. A properly coated roof seals out moisture, reflects heat, and extends the life of your roof by years.
T&H Painting uses premium waterproof coatings specifically formulated for Bermuda's climate and approved for use over cistern and rainwater harvesting systems — so your water supply stays safe.
- Seamless waterproof membrane coating
- UV-reflective formulations reduce indoor heat
- Safe for potable rainwater harvesting cisterns
- Crack repair and sealing before coating
- Step roofs, flat roofs, and concrete tile
- 5–10 year protection depending on system
HOW IT WORKS
We inspect your roof for cracks, spalling, lifted sections, blocked gutters, and surface condition. We identify all areas needing repair before coating begins.
The entire roof surface is pressure washed to remove algae, moss, dirt, and old loose coating. A clean surface is essential for proper adhesion.
All cracks, joints, and problem areas are filled with flexible sealant or reinforced with fibreglass matting where needed, before priming begins.
A penetrating primer is applied, followed by two or more coats of waterproof roof coating. Each coat is applied at the correct coverage rate for a full membrane.
We check cure time before any rainfall exposure and advise you on the system's maintenance schedule to keep your roof protected for years to come.
